Summary

An Act To Amend Section 63-21-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That The Owner Of A Motor Vehicle Need Not Purchase A Tag In Order To Receive A Certificate Of Title To The Vehicle, So Long As The Application Contains An Affidavit That The Vehicle Will Not Be Operated On The Highways Of This State; And For Related Purposes.
