An Act To Amend Section 97-5-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Felonious Child Abuse Is Committed When A Child Tests Positive At Birth For Certain Controlled Substances That Were Not Prescribed By A Physician; To Amend Section 43-21-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; To Bring Forward Section 43-21-353, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For Mandatory Reporting Of Child Abuse And Immunity For Reporting Such Abuse; And For Related Purposes.
