An Act To Amend Section 67-3-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Permissible Alcoholic Content Of Beer From 5% Of Alcohol By Weight To 8% Of Alcohol By Weight; To Amend Section 67-3-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Every Person Shall Have The Right To Make Homemade Beer For Domestic Or Household Use Only; To Amend Sections 67-1-5, 67-3-1, 67-3-5, 67-3-7, 67-3-9, 67-3-13, 67-3-17, 67-3-28, 67-3-49, 67-3-53 And 27-71-509, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
