An Act To Amend Section 33-15-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Local Emergency May Be Proclaimed By The Mayor Of A Municipality And, Following Such Declaration, Shall Be Reviewed By The Governing Body Of That Municipality At Its Next Regular Meeting; And For Related Purposes.
