An Act To Authorize And Direct The State Personnel Board To Amend The Variable Compensation Plan As Necessary To Award A Salary Increase To Each State Employee Whose Salary Is Funded By The State General Fund In The Amount Of A 5% Across-the-board Increase Per Year Beginning July 1, 2017; And For Related Purposes.
