Summary
An Act To Create The New Municipalities Infrastructure And Essential Services Fund; To Authorize The Mississippi Development Authority To Provide Grants To Municipalities With A Population Of More Than 5,000 That Are Incorporated After January 1, 2009, For Infrastructure And Essential Municipal Services; To Specify The Maximum Amount Of Such Grants; To Authorize The Issuance Of General Obligation Bonds In The Amount Of $1,000,000.00 To Provide Funds For Such Grants; And For Related Purposes.
