Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 27-103-211 And 27-103-203, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The General Fund Revenue Estimate Shall Not Exceed The Average Annual General Fund Revenue Received Over The Immediately Preceding Seven Years And To Provide That Any Amount Received In Excess Of The General Fund Revenue Estimate Shall Be Deposited Into The Working Cash-stabilization Reserve Fund; And For Related Purposes.
