Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-39-203, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize A Municipality To Advertise The Public Hearing At Which Time The Budget And Tax Levies For The Upcoming Fiscal Year Will Be Considered By Posting A Notice In Three Public Places If The Proposed Tax Levies Of The Municipality Are Not In Excess Of The Current Fiscal Year's Certified Tax Rate And The Municipality Has A Population Of Less Than 1,500 According To The Latest Federal Decennial Census; And For Related Purposes.
