An Act To Amend Section 67-1-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Lower To 200 The Number Of Adjacent Residential Units That Are Necessary For A Clubhouse And The Associated Golf Course To Fall Within The Definition Of "qualified Resort Area" Under The Local Option Law; To Include Certain Bed And Breakfast Inns Within The Definition Of The Term "qualified Resort Area" Under The Local Option Law; And For Related Purposes.
