Summary
A Resolution To Amend House Rule 10a And House Rule 11a, 2008-2012 Rules Of The House Of Representatives, To Prohibit The Speaker Pro Tempore From Receiving Any Compensation Or Allowance In Addition To That Provided By Law, Except When The Speaker Pro Tempore Is Serving As Speaker During The Absence, Illness Or Disability Of The Speaker.
