A Concurrent Resolution Suspending The Deadlines For The Purpose Of Requesting The Drafting, And The Introduction, Consideration And Passage, Of A Bill Entitled "an Act To Amend Section 27-104-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Legislature Shall Be Subject To The Statute That Authorizes The State Fiscal Officer To Reduce The Budgets Of State Agencies When State Revenues Fall Below The Revenue Estimate; To Exempt The Supreme Court, The Court Of Appeals And The Trial Courts From The Statute That Authorizes The State Fiscal Officer To Reduce The Budgets Of State Agencies When State Revenues Fall Below The Revenue Estimate; To Amend Section 27-103-103, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes."
