A Concurrent Resolution Proposing An Amendment To Section 33, 241, Mississippi Constitution Of 1890, To Provide That A Person Who Has Been Convicted Of Embezzlement, If The Value And/or Amount Involved Is $5,000.00 Or More, Shall Not Be A Qualified Elector; And For Related Purposes.
