A Concurrent Resolution Proposing An Amendment To Section 253, Mississippi Constitution Of 1890, To Provide For The Automatic Restoration Of Suffrage To Any Person Disqualified By Reason Of Crime, Upon The Completion Of Any Sentence, Probation And/or Payment Of Restitution, Except For Persons Disqualified For The Crimes Of Murder, Rape And Statutory Rape, Which Still Require A Two-thirds Vote By Both Houses Of The Mississippi Legislature To Restore Suffrage; And For Related Purposes.
