A Concurrent Resolution Proposing An Amendment To The Mississippi Constitution Of 1890 By Creating A New Section To Prohibit State Or Local Government From Compelling A Person To Purchase A Health Insurance Product That Contains A Part That The Person Can Never Use Because Of His Permanent Condition Or Circumstance, Or That Includes Mandatory Coverage For A Specific Condition Or Disease If The Person Is Not Anatomically Capable Of Being In That Condition Or Having That Disease; And For Related Purposes.
