An Act To Amend Section 43-1-55, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Department Of Human Services To Train All Family Protection Specialists And Family Protection Workers In Their Legal Duties To Protect The Constitutional And Statutory Rights Of Children And Families From The Initial Time Of Contact, During Investigation And Through Intervention; And For Related Purposes.
