Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-19-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That For Motor Vehicles With A Gross Weight Exceeding 10,000 Pounds, An Owner Of Such A Vehicle May Choose To Have A Tag Issued Under This Section With A Black Background, A White Pinstripe Border, White Lettering And Formatted The Same As The Standard Five Year Series License Tag Or Plate; To Prescribe An Additional Fee For The Issuance Of Such License Tags; To Provide For The Distribution Of The Additional Fee Collected From The Issuance Of Such License Tags; And For Related Purposes.
