An Act To Amend Section 1, Chapter 114, Laws Of 2023, To Redirect Gulf Coast Restoration Funds Appropriated To The Mississippi Development Authority For A Project To Assist The Ocean Springs Redevelopment Foundation With Public Works Redevelopment And Relocation To The City Of Ocean Springs For The Same Project; To Amend Section 2, Chapter 114, Laws Of 2023, And Section 1, Chapter 109, Laws Of 2022, To Provide That Gulf Coast Restoration Funds Appropriated And Reappropriated To The Mississippi Development Authority For A Project To Assist The Ocean Springs Redevelopment Authority With City Of Ocean Springs Projects May Be Provided To The City Of Ocean Springs For Those Projects If The Redevelopment Authority Is Not Established; To Amend Section 29, Chapter 102, Laws Of 2021, To Authorize The City Of Ocean Springs To Utilize Funds Appropriated From The Capital Expense Fund To The Department Of Finance And Administration For The Paving Of Sidewalks On Beaches In Ocean Springs For The Purpose Of Paving Sidewalks Throughout The City Of Ocean Springs; And For Related Purposes.

Appropriation; clarify use of Gulf Coast Restoration Funds and Capital Expense Funds for certain projects in Ocean Springs.
