Summary
An Act To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide For An Increased Rate Of Medicaid Reimbursement For Inpatient And Outpatient Hospital Services For Hospitals That Are Located In A County That Had An Average Monthly Unemployment Rate Of Eight Percent Or Higher For The 12 Months Of The Previous State Fiscal Year And Has A Critical Shortage Of Physicians And Nurses; To Extend The Date Of The Repealer On This Section; And For Related Purposes.
