Summary

An Act To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From The Public Purchasing Laws Purchases Made By Local Governing Authorities From Contracts Established By The United States Or Any Federal Agency, If The Contractor Is Willing To Extend To The Governing Authority The Same Or More Favorable Prices, Terms And Conditions As Established In The Federal Contract; And For Related Purposes.
