An Act To Amend Section 21-19-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Municipalities May Assess Clean Up Costs Up To A Maximum Aggregate Amount Of $250,000 To An Owner Of Industrial Or Commercial Property, If Such Property Is Deemed To Be A Menace To The Public Health, Safety And Welfare Of The Community; And For Related Purposes.
