An Act To Create A Duty For The Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol; To Assist In The Direction Of Traffic And In The Removal Of All Vehicles Incapacitated From Having Been Involved In A Motor Vehicle Accident From Roads On The State Highway System; To Create A Duty For Drivers To Assist In Directing Traffic And Removing Cars; To Amend Section 45-3-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
