Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A State Conservator Appointed By The State Board Of Education Shall Administer A School District In State Takeover Status Until The District Has Attained An Accreditation Rating Of "b"; And For Related Purposes.
Title
School districts; require those placed under conservatorship to remain there under until it attains a "B" rating.
