Summary
An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The State Department Of Health To Issue A Certificate Of Need For The Establishment Of A New End-stage Renal Disease (esrd) Facility Within The City Limits Of The City Of Senatobia; To Provide That The Requirement For Substantial Compliance With The Projection Of Need As Reported In The Current State Health Plan Are Waived For The Purposes Of This Facility; And For Related Purposes.
