Summary
An Act To Amend Section 41-117-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The State Board Of Health To Establish The Nurse-family Partnership Pilot Program In The State Department Of Health; To Provide That The Pilot Program Shall Be Funded Annually Through The Tanf Block Grant Administered By The Department Of Human Services; To Limit The Pilot Program To 100 Families Per Year From Certain Counties; To Bring Forward Section 43-17-5, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
