Summary
An Act To Amend Section 71-3-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Amount Of Certain Death Benefits The Workers' Compensation Commission Is Authorized To Award For Death And To Provide An Employer The Right To Request An Autopsy In The Event Of Death Of An Employee; To Amend Section 71-3-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Amount Of Compensation The Workers' Compensation Commission Is Authorized To Award For Serious Facial Or Head Disfigurements; To Amend Section 71-3-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Amount Of Compensation The Workers' Compensation Commission Is Authorized To Award While An Employee Is Undergoing Vocational Rehabilitation; And For Related Purposes.
