Summary
An Act To Amend Section 19-5-333, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reduce From Thirty Percent To Ten Percent The Amount That Is Deposited Into The Commercial Mobile Radio Service (cmrs) Fund, Which Has Been Collected By The Cmrs Board; To Increase From Seventy Percent To Ninety Percent The Amount That Is Distributed To The Emergency Communications Districts From Such Fund That Has Been Collected By The Board; And For Related Purposes.
