Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 21-27-17, 21-27-23, 21-27-39 And 21-27-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Limit The Rates That A Municipal Utility May Charge Consumers For Water Services That Are Within One Mile Of The Municipality's Corporate Limits To The Amount Authorized By The Public Service Commission For Municipal Water Services More Than One Mile Beyond The Corporate Boundaries, Except For Those Consumers That Are Subsidized By Municipal Ad Valorem Taxes; And For Related Purposes.
