An Act To Amend Section 71-11-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Penalties For Violations Of The Mississippi Employment Protection Act To Include Administrative Dissolution Or Revocation Of The Offending Employer; To Provide That The Department Of Employment Security, Department Of Revenue, And Secretary Of State May Promulgate Rules And Regulations Implementing Enforcement; To Provide Civil Penalties Enforceable By The Attorney General; To Amend Sections 79-4-14.20, 79-4-15.30, 79-11-347, 79-29-821 And 79-29-1021, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
