Summary
An Act To Amend Section 69-7-263, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Assessments Collected By The Commissioner Of Agriculture And Commerce On Eggs Produced In Mississippi Shall Be Remitted To A Foundation Under The Terms And Conditions Deemed Necessary By The Egg Marketing Board; And For Related Purposes.
