Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If A Person Is Receiving Home- And Community-based Services Authorized Under The Medicaid Program And Later Becomes Eligible For And Receives Hospice Services, The Person May Continue To Receive Home- And Community-based Services While Receiving The Hospice Services; And For Related Purposes.
