An Act To Amend Section 47-7-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Division Of Community Corrections Of The Department Of Corrections To Notify Those Who Are Released On Probation, Parole, Earned-release Suspension, Post-release Or Suspension Of Certain Community Service That Must Be Performed; To Specify The Number Of Hours That Must Be Performed By Those Under The Jurisdiction Of The Division; To Amend Section 47-5-1013, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
