Summary
An Act To Amend Section 67-3-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Any City Or Town In This State Having A Population Of Not Less Than 1,000 According To The Latest Federal Decennial Census Located In A County That Has No City Or Town With A Population Of More Than Two Thousand Five Hundred, To Hold An Election For The Purpose Of Determining Whether The Sale And The Receipt, Storage And Transportation For The Purpose Of Sale Of Beer And Light Wine Shall Be Permitted; And For Related Purposes.
