Summary
An Act To Amend Section 73-53-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Certain Persons Whose Licenses Expired On September 30, 1990, Who Otherwise Would Have Been Engaged In The Activity Of Social Work For Five Years Before July 1, 1993, Who Is Actively Engaged In Social Work Practice As An Employee Of A Public Entity On July 1, 2011, Shall Be Issued A License As A Social Worker If The Person Applies For The License Before September 1, 2011; And For Related Purposes.
