Summary
An Act To Amend Section 41-19-33, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize A Certain Regional Mental Health/intellectual Disability Commission To Operate A Pilot Program Through An Agreement With The Head Start Program To Provide Pharmacy And Health Care Services, Primarily Primary Care Services And Services Under The Medicaid Epsdt Program, To Eligible Children Enrolled In The Head Start Program And To Members Of Their Immediate Family And/or Household; And For Related Purposes.
