An Act To Amend Section 25-1-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit Any Person Who Has Been Convicted Of Any Felony In This State Or In Any Other State From Serving On Any Municipal Executive Committee, County Executive Committee Or State Executive Committee; To Prohibit Any Person Who Has Been Convicted Of Any State Or Federal Election Crime In This State Or In Any Other State From Serving On Any Municipal Executive Committee, County Executive Committee Or State Executive Committee; And For Related Purposes.
