An Act To Amend Section 41-43-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Payments To Be Made To The Irrevocable Perpetual Care Trust Funds For Cemeteries For The Sale And Placement Of Private Mausoleums; To Amend Section 41-43-45, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit Certain Perpetual Care Cemeteries From Being Mortgaged, Encumbered, Leased Or Otherwise Used As Collateral To Secure Any Obligation; And For Related Purposes.
