Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-17-6, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Commission On School Accreditation, Acting Through The State Board Of Education, To Authorize The Approval Of Certified Teacher Units, For Purposes Of Accreditation And Funding, To School Districts With A Reduced Number Of Certified Teaching Professionals In A School, Provided That A Certified Teaching Professional Is Placed In The Classroom With A Noncertified Teacher By The Department Of By The District; And For Related Purposes.
