Summary
An Act To Prohibit Public School Districts From Allowing Athletic And Academic Teams To Enter Into Agreements To Be Governed And Regulated By Certain Private Or Not-for-profit Associations That Are Unwilling To Submit To An Annual Public Audit Of Their Records; To Amend Section 7-7-211, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide For The Annual Audit Of Those Associations Under The Direction Of The State Auditor In Conformity With The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
