An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The State Department Of Health To Transfer And Relocate Nursing Facility Beds Formerly Licensed In Hancock County To Three Locations In Stone, Lamar And Hancock Counties; To Direct The State Department Of Health To Issue A Certificate Of Need For Nursing Facility Beds In Lamar County; And For Related Purposes.
