Summary
An Act To Create A New Section To Be Codified As Section 61-3-24, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Municipal Or Regional Airport Authority Shall Have A Lien Upon All Aircraft That Land At Its Airport For The Full Amount Of Any Landing Fees Or Other Rates And Charges; To Authorize Such Authority To Enforce The Lien Pursuant To Certain Procedures; And For Related Purposes.
