An Act To Authorize The Commissioner Of Insurance To Establish And Implement A Policy To Help School Districts, Public Community And Junior Colleges, And State Institutions Of Higher Learning With The Cost Of Windstorm Insurance By Utilizing The Working Cash-stabilization Reserve Fund; To Bring Forward Sections 27-103-203, 27-103-204, 27-107-321, 31-17-123 And 83-34-1 Through 83-34-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
