An Act To Amend Section 65-1-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Terminate The Transportation Commission's Authority To Enter Into Certain Local Governmental Agreements Effective July 1, 2014; To Amend Section 65-3-97, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That The Transportation Commission Spread In Its Minutes The Criteria It Uses In Any Case Where It Re-prioritizes A New Capacity Project And Further Requires The Commission To Display Any Departmental Analysis Regarding The New Capacity Project In An Exhibit To The Minutes; And For Related Purposes.
