An Act To Amend Section 37-103-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Board Of Trustees Of Any Community College Or Junior College To Develop And Implement A Policy For Waiving Out-of-state Tuition For The College For Students Who Are Employed In Mississippi And Enrolled In Workforce Training Or Other Career Development Education When The Policy Is Determined By The Board To Be Fiscally Responsible And In Accordance With The Educational Mission Of The College; And For Related Purposes.

Community colleges; provide for optional out-of-state waiver policy for certain workforce training students to be determined by board of each college.
