Summary
An Act To Amend Section 73-21-127, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Data Collected In The Prescription Monitoring Program Is Not Subject To Disclosure; To Provide That Collected Data In The Program Shall Not Be Subject To Civil Subpoena, And Shall Not Be Disclosed, Discoverable Or Compelled To Be Produced In Any Civil Proceeding, And Shall Not Be Deemed Admissible As Evidence In Any Civil Proceeding For Any Reason; To Extend The Date Of The Repealer On That Section; And For Related Purposes.
