An Act To Amend Section 37-17-12, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt School Districts Meeting The Highest Levels Of Accreditation Standards, As Defined By The State Board Of Education, From Performing Certain Duties Imposed On School Districts; To Amend Section 37-1-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The State Board Of Education To Develop A Grant Program Exclusively For School Districts Meeting The Highest Levels Of Accreditation Standards To Receive Funds For The Implementation Of Innovative Educational Programs; To Amend Sections 37-3-2, 37-11-53, 37-13-41, 37-13-89 And 37-43-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
