Summary

An Act To Require Pharmacists Who Are Authorized To Administer Injections To Obtain From Each Person To Whom They Give An Injection The Name Of The Person's Primary Care Physician; To Require The Pharmacist To Notify The Person's Primary Care Physician Of The Date Of The Injection And The Name And Dosage Amount Of The Medicine Or Other Substance That Was Given In The Injection; And For Related Purposes.
