Summary

An Act To Amend Section 11-46-18, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Each Member Of The Tort Claims Board To Designate Another Person To Attend Board Meetings; To Provide That If Any Member Of The Board Appoints A Designee To Attend Meetings Of The Board On Their Behalf, They Shall Inform The Chairman Of The Board In Writing Of The Name And Contact Information Of Such Designee; To Provide That The Designee Of Any Member Of The Board Shall Be Enabled To Take All Action To Which The Person Designating Them Is Authorized To Under This Act; And For Related Purposes.
