Summary

An Act To Require The Operator Of A Motor Vehicle In An Accident Without Serious Injury Or Death On A Highway In This State That Is Capable Of Safely Moving The Vehicle Shall Do So By Moving The Vehicle To A Designated Accident Investigation Site, A Location On The Frontage Road, The Nearest Suitable Cross-street Or Other Suitable Location; To Make A Violation Of This Section Punishable As A Traffic Offense Beginning On July 1, 2021; And For Related Purposes.
