Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That State Funding For Medicaid Reimbursement For Services Provided By Regional Mental Health/intellectual Disability Centers Shall Be Provided In The Appropriation To The Division Of Medicaid For That Purpose, Rather Than In The Appropriation To The Department Of Mental Health; And For Related Purposes.
