Summary

An Act To Require The Attorney General, In Addition To Any Other Duty Prescribed By Law For Such Office, To Maintain A List On The Official Website For The Office Of The Attorney General Of All Persons Who Have Been Convicted Of Any Homicide Or Killing As Described Under Sections 97-3-15 Through 97-3-47, And The Provision Of Law Under Which The Person Was Convicted; To Require Each District Attorney, In Addition To Any Other Duty Prescribed By Law For Such Office, To Provide The Attorney General With The Name Of Each Person Who Is Convicted Of A Homicide Or Killing Under Sections 97-3-15 Through 97-3-47 And The Provision Of Law Under Which The Person Was Convicted; And For Related Purposes.
